Find below the registration rates, inclusions and terms and conditions for registrations. All fees are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and includes Value Added Tax (VAT). Accommodation can also be booked and included on your invoice – kindly select accordingly on the registration form.

*The group discount applies to people registering 5 or more delegates from the same company. The discount will be applied to the sixth and consecutive registrations. Please note that if you are planning to make a group booking please do not select the online payment option but the EFT/Bank transfer option in order for us to apply your discounted rate.

Early Bird and Full Registration conference fees include:

  • Arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon tea/coffee break
  • Lunch on Thursday and Friday
  • Access to the Welcome Function (Wed 28 May 2025) and Conference Dinner (Thu 29 May 2025)
  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Access to the exhibition space for the duration of the conference
  • Value Added Tax (VAT)

Kindly note that registration fees do not include flights, travel, transfers and accommodation. This needs to be arranged separately. You can however, book your accommodation as an additional extra when registering and it will be displayed on the registration form.

Early Bird Registrations

To qualify for the Early Bird registration you are required to register and pay before/on Friday 7 February 2025.

Student Registrations

To qualify for the student registration fee you need to be a full time student at a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution. A copy of your student identification card must be provided during the registration process. Without this, the full registration fee will be charged.


Registration Process

Once you have completed the registration form you will have the opportunity to make payment. Payment options will be via credit card or EFT/pay later.  Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Summit Software’. When you have completed the process, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an official invoice within 5 business days from completing the registration process.

Any changes required to your registration must be sent to info@sagc2025.co.za.

Pre-payment will be required and delegates will not be allowed to attend the conference if there is still an amount outstanding.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@sagc2025.co.za

Cancellation fees:

  • On or before Monday 31 March 2025 = R750 (incl. VAT) administration fee.
  • Tuesday 1 April – Friday 2 May 2025 = 25% of total invoice.
  • After Friday 2 May 2025 = no refunds.
  • Registrations are transferable.

Refunds will only be made after the conference.
